Plus we have a fitness program that utilizes the same techniques that we use to train our professional fighters . We have self-defense anti-bullying Jiujitsu and MMA for children. Sports like football baseball soccer hockey etc. can only be improved with martial arts the what we do is a sport we consider it more to be a means to uplift a person physically mentally and spiritually.
